Gurpurbs celebrate all events connected with the Sikh Gurus, these include the birthdays of the Sikh Gurus, Gurus leaving for heavenly abode or the martyrdom days of the Sikh Gurus.

The other main events are Vaisakhi, (Birth of Khalsa), First Parkash (‘opening ceremony’) of the Guru Granth Sahib at the newly built Golden Temple in Amritsar, India, in 1604 and Bandi Shor (the release from prison in Gwalior of the Sixth Guru, Guru Hargobind Ji, and 52 other princes with him).

As part of the NHS ongoing programme to carry out nationwide vaccination, RBN Gurdwara Sahib informs you that Northamptonshire Healthcare Alliance (NHA) will be delivering Covid Vaccinations until the end of September 2021 to help the NHS deliver its promise.

Friday Divan and Sunday programmes  will continue as normal and we ask the Sangat to use the Key Pad Door entrance when attending.
