Northamptonshire Police has released court results regarding those who were charged with drink or drug driving and named as part of a month-long campaign to tackle offending over the Christmas and New Year period.
The following people have appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court (unless otherwise stated) charged with driving whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol:
• Darryl Emmerson, aged 50, of East Leys Court, Northampton, was given a 42-month driving disqualification, ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £180 and to complete a community order and rehabilitation requirement.
• Mateusz Palucki, aged 27, of Bodleian Close, Daventry, was given a 16-month driving disqualification and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £615.
• Sergiu-Mihail Ulici, aged 38, of Rannoch Close, Milton Keynes, was given a 26-month driving disqualification, ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £180 and to complete a community order and unpaid work requirement.
• Ionel Tatavura, aged 37, of Melton Road North, Wellingborough, was given an eight-week custodial sentence which was suspended for 12 months, a 36-month driving disqualification, ordered to complete alcohol abstinence, rehabilitation, and unpaid work requirement.
• Robert Wickham, aged 22, of Salcey Avenue, Hartwell, was given a 14-month driving disqualification and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £239.
• Jason Cooper, aged 35, of Bradenham Lane, Dereham, was given a 22-month driving disqualification and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £215.
• Anil Mancha, aged 24, of Balfour Road, Northampton, was given a 16-month driving disqualification and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £395.
