Theft of caravan in Edgcote

Did you see anyone acting suspiciously in or around the village of Edgcote between midnight and 1am on Wednesday, April 3?

Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a caravan was stolen from a farm in the South Northamptonshire village when three people entered the property and pulled the caravan to the drive, where a van was waiting.

It is believed the van, possibly a transit, drove off towing the Baileys Senator Series 5 Indiana caravan in the direction of Wardington, and officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious between the stated times.

They would particularly like to hear from anyone who may have dash-cam footage of a van towing a caravan in the Edgcote/Wardington area, or who may have been offered a caravan for sale in unusual circumstances.

Witnesses or anyone with information are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Please quote incident number 24000192913 when providing any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.
