Twelve people were arrested after a number of addresses were raided by police on Thursday morning (July 7).
Northamptonshire Police, in collaboration with the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, Bedfordshire and Thames Valley Police executed a number of warrants following an investigation into a drugs conspiracy.
Suspected Class A and Class B drugs were recovered from a number of addresses, as well as large amounts of cash and a number of key mobile phone devices.
As a result of the warrants, twelve people were arrested in total with eight charged for conspiracy to supply cocaine.
Chief Inspector Nathan Murray, said: “Tackling drug harm in this county is a matter of priority for Northamptonshire Police and so I am really pleased that we were able to assist EMSOU with this investigation and that twelve arrests were made.
“We will continue working hard to make our streets safer and remain determined to bring those involved in the drugs trade to justice.”
