Join Jules and Mark as they help you work out how to manage your expectations and relieve some of life's pressures.
Exam season can be overwhelming, and it can be one of those times when it feels like everyone has high expectations of you. The world is flooded with results-based activities. Get the top grades with 100%, be the best in your sports team or climb the career ladder and be number one at work. On the other hand, perhaps you expect to fail miserably and, in this case, need to work harder to achieve results. Both attitudes are unhelpful and can be self-destructive, so instead, create realistic goals to work towards based on what you need, and can do.
