Many students up and down the country will be beginning a new academic year, and adults will be fondly looking back at their summer break, as they return to work perhaps. Autumn is approaching and it's always a good time to embrace the opportunity to plan ahead. A new school year or being refreshed from a summer break means the chance to look at exactly what you want to achieve.
It's better to do this now than to procrastinate and leave it until it's too late. Otherwise, that leads to unnecessary stress and panic. So, it's time to create a schedule and stick to it for a simpler and more organised life ahead.
