Our hotly anticipated return with Before Our Friends Die is here!

What started as a brach of Nationwide Building Society in the South East sharing cultural foods with each other has turned into an initiative which has capitivated 12,000 branch colleagues, all board members and the CEO of the worlds largest building society to #Pledge4Change and we're so excited about sharing this conversation with you to inspire your network!🎉
#Pledge4Change was created by Prince Ndlovu who joins us alongside Rachel Murray from Nationwide to discuss how important it is to just start the conversations around inclusion, diversity and wellbeing, especially in race. We touch on what inspired Prince, why Rachel is so focussed on giving this project the legs it needs to go external and how rewarding the journey has been so far.
