We recently caught up with 3-1 pro-boxer from Northampton, Dempsey Madden, to discuss his start in boxing being part of a pugilistic family. We learn about his amateur career that was put on ice and how a moment watching Kieron Conway vs Ted Cheeseman in a pub changed his life, drawing him into the pro ranks.
Dempsey talks us through his record, including his shock loss at the end of 2022. He reflects on what happened that night, how his preparation went and what he's doing differently now to make sure it doesn't happen again.
